From the pass. Some booking links are partner links, so we may earn a small commission. You pay the same price either way.
Once a day, usually by 8:00 AM Sydney time, for each day of your pass. You can choose 7, 8 or 9 AM, or 4 PM if you only have evenings free. Questions you reply with are answered by the next morning email at the latest.
Only what you tell us, used to choose your picks. If you send us a screenshot, we delete it once we have read it. Reply "delete my data" and we remove everything.
Full refund if you ask within 48 hours of buying. After that, the pass runs until its last day.
