If GoToday is not for you, email hello@gotoday.page or reply "refund" to any GoToday email within 48 hours of buying, and we refund the full price. After 48 hours the pass keeps running until its last day and is not refundable.
If you are in the EU, you can cancel within 14 days of buying. If your pass has already started at your request, we refund the days you have not used.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.
If we fail to send your morning email on any day of your pass, tell us and we add a day at no cost.
